About Bashar
Connecting investment priorities with the realities of care delivery.
Healthcare strategy is most useful when it can be carried into the way an organization operates. That connection is the thread through my work.
My work spans healthcare strategy, investment evaluation, business development, and clinical operations across the Gulf and the United States. I have worked with hospital organizations, outpatient portfolios, and a developing US value-based care platform.
In Saudi Arabia, my responsibilities included strategic planning, operational restructuring, acquisition integration, and investor relations. In the UAE, I worked in healthcare investments and multisite portfolio operations. My US experience includes building the infrastructure and governance of a technology-enabled care platform.
I am currently studying nursing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. This education adds a care-delivery perspective to my work in strategy and operations.
